30th Annual ‘Fun in the Sun’ and Time Capsule filling @ Cimarron Park  
Cimarron’s 30th annual ‘Fun in the Sun’ (for Cimarron residents) will return on Saturday, September 7th, 2019 from 11am till 2pm. So come down, meet your neighbors, have some (free) lunch, and enjoy our great Cimarron hospitality! The Cimarron park is located at 818 Pickford.

Cimarron 3 years ago……we opened our 25 year time capsule.
So at this year’s Fun in the Sun, Cimarron residents are invited to add small little trinkets or notes to the time capsule. Which will not to be opened for another 25 years in the year 2044.  We look forward in seeing you there and hopefully you can join us in 2044 for the opening of this time capsule.  If you would like to volunteer to help our board put this event on, please call MASC Austin Properties @ (713) 776-1771.  Our teenage helpers need to contact Pete Lopez to sign up.


Pool Card Registration
Pool card registration is available at the office of MASC Austin Properties, Inc. located at 945 Eldridge Rd. Sugar Land, TX 77478. New or replacement cards are $50.00.  Our office accepts exact cash, money orders or checks made payable to Cimarron CIA. Upon verification of a current account balance, MASC Austin Properties, Inc. will activate your existing card and/or mail the new card.

Yard of The Month Contest

Our annual Yard of the Month Contest is starting back up in April and will continue through September. The Cimarron Community Improvement Association, Inc. Yard of the Month Committee will choose (3) homes and reward them for their exemplary lawn care. The winners of the Yard of the Month will be provided with a decorative yard sign for display indicating their winning yard along with a $25.00 Lowe’s gift card. In order to qualify, residents must be current on their Association Dues for the year. Please note, the sign will be picked up at the end of the month by the Yard of the Month Committee. We encourage all homeowners to take pride in their homes and our neighborhood this year!
