Annual Meeting Date Change – May 20, 2019
Please be advised that due to interior clubhouse renovations being done in the month of April, the Cimarron Community Improvement Association, Inc. annual meeting will be rescheduled to Monday, May 20, 2019 beginning at 7:00 PM. The meeting will be held in the clubhouse located at 818 ½ Pickford. Two 3-year positions are open for election. Mr. Jim Knebel (incumbent) and Mrs. Karrilyn Ringnald (incumbent) will be running for re-election. Two additional candidates have been submitted. Mr. Troy Browning and Ms. Adrienne DelGiorno will also be placed on the ballot.

On-Site Pool Card Registration Date Change – May 20, 2019
On-site pool card registration will be rescheduled to Monday, May 20th, 2019 between the hours of 4:30pm-6:30pm at the clubhouse located at 818 Pickford before the 2019 Cimarron CIA Annual Meeting at 7:00pm. Make sure to bring your pool card for card number verification.
Pool card registration will be available at the office of MASC Austin Properties, Inc. located at 945 Eldridge Rd. Sugar Land, TX 77478 on the following dates and times:
Wednesday May 22nd 5PM-7PM Friday May 24th 9AM-7PM
Wednesday June 5th 5PM-7PM Friday June 7th 9AM-7PM
New or replacement cards are $50.00. Our office accepts exact cash, money orders or checks made payable to Cimarron CIA. Upon verification of a current account balance, MASC Austin Properties, Inc. will activate your existing card and/or mail the new card.

Yard of The Month Contest
Our annual Yard of the Month Contest is starting back up in April and will continue through September. The Cimarron Community Improvement Association, Inc. Yard of the Month Committee will choose (3) homes and reward them for their exemplary lawn care. The winners of the Yard of the Month will be provided with a decorative yard sign for display indicating their winning yard along with a $25.00 Lowe’s gift card. In order to qualify, residents must be current on their Association Dues for the year. Please note, the sign will be picked up at the end of the month by the Yard of the Month Committee. We encourage all homeowners to take pride in their homes and our neighborhood this year!
