2014 Assessments: The 2014 Assessments were due on January 1, 2014 and became delinquent on January 31, 2014. If you have not paid your assessments, there will be a $30 late fee added to the balance of your account. We encourage you to contact Tiffany Moss at MASC Austin Properties, Inc. to make arrangements to bring your account current. The 2014 Assessments are $300 and may be mailed to MASC Austin Properties, Inc. at 945 Eldridge Road, Sugar land, TX 77498 or now you may pay your assessments online. Visit the website at www.mascapi.com and click on the link at the bottom of the page. Should you have questions, please call (713) 776-1771.
Vacant Board Position: If you have ever wanted to serve on the Board of Directors, now is your chance. There is (1) vacant position and the Board is looking for homeowner’s to fill it. Please come to the next homeowner’s meeting on January 8th or call Robin Gard at (713) 776-1771 for more information. Come and serve. We need your help!

EVENTS & DATES
Annual Meeting: Homeowners please be advised your Annual meeting is scheduled for Saturday, April 26, 2014 from 10:00 A.M. to Noon at the pool area. This year there are (2) Board members that are running for re-election and (1) vacant position on the Board that needs to be filled.
If you have questions regarding your community, assessments or any other topic you would like to discuss, please attend the annual meetng. This is where you can get the answers you are looking for.
If you are interested in being a voice for your community, please contact Robin Gard, Property Manager at (713)776-1771. We need homeowners that care about this community and have a real desire to serve on the Board of Directors.
Fence Inspection: The City of Missouri City has conducted a fence inspection of our community.
Please be advised that homeowners will be notified of any fence in need of repair or replacement. Failure to make these repairs may result in legal action. Citations will be issued and you must appear in court. If you do not appear, a warrant may be issued for your arrest.
When you purchased your home, you agreed to abide by the deed restrictions set forth for our subdivision. This includes fencing, painting, yard maintenance and many other aspects of your home. If you need a copy of the restrictions, please notify MASC Austin Properties, Inc. at (713) 776-1771.
MASC Austin Properties, Inc. will be issuing certifid letters to those homeowners that have fences in need of repair. After (30) days, if the fence has not been repaired, the Board has authorized MASC Austin Properties, Inc. to hire a contractor to make these repairs. The cost of these repairs wil be charged back to the homeowners assessment account. To avoid this action, please call Robin Gard at (713) 776-1771 to discuss your options.
Trash Can Citations: We are continuing to see trash cans stored either in the driveways or at the sides of your homes. it is imperative that these trash receptacles be placd out of public view to avoid citations from the City of Missouri. If you have received a citation, you know that they are not negotiable and do no come cheap. If you have any questions, please cal (713)776-1771 and speak to London Mays.
