Pool Tag Registration:
Pool Tags may be obtained from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, June 7th at the pool before the Annual Meeting begins. All assessments must be current in order to receive pool privileges. The following is what you will need to obtain your 2014 pool tag: Homeowners: Current TDL Tenants: Current TDL, copy of lease or current utility bill in your name If you are unable to attend this registration, MASC Austin Properties, Inc, will hold registration at 945 Eldridge Road, Sugar Land, TX 77478 on the following dates and times for your convenience: Wednesday, June 4, 2014 from 5pm to 7pm Thursday, and Friday, June 5 and 6, 2014 from 3pm to 5pm Thursday and Friday, June 12 and 13, 2014 from 3pm to 5pm If you have any questions, please call Veronica Navarette at (713)776-1771.

    Suggestion Box: WHAT DO YOU THINK?
    ATTENTION HOMEOWNERS AND RESIDENTS: The Board of Directors would like to hear from you, therefore this Suggestion Box is for you as homeowners and residents to use. We want to hear from you:

  • comments or suggestions regarding HOA issues
  • comments or suggestions regarding landscaping
  • comments or suggestions regarding community repairs and/or improvements
  • comments or suggestions regarding deed restriction violations
  • comments or suggestions regarding assessments

    Annual Meeting: 2014 Annual Meeting: ANNUAL MEETING DATE CHANGE Homeowners please be advised your Annual Meeting is scheduled for Saturday, June 28, 2014 from 11:00 A.M. to Noon at the pool area. This year there are (2) Board members that are running for re-election and (1) vacant position on the Board that needs to be filled. If you have questions regarding your community, assessments or any other topic you would like to discuss, please attend the annual meeting. This is where you can get the answers you are looking for. If you are interested in being a voice for your community, please contact Robin Gard, Property Manager at (713)776-1771. We need homeowners that care about this community and have a real desire to serve on the Board of Directors. James Coney Island sill be served at the Annual Meeting.

    There are (3) terms available on the Board this year. If you are interested in being an active part of your community or being involved in the decision making process for Quail Green West, please contact Property Manager, Robin Gard, at (713)776-1771, or email at rgard@mascapi.com.     Fence Inspection: The City of Missouri City has conducted a fence inspection of our community. Please be advised that homeowners will be notified of any fence in need of repair or replacement. Failure to make these repairs may result in legal action. Citations will be issued and you must appear in court. If you do not appear, a warrant may be issued for your arrest.
    When you purchased your home, you agreed to abide by the deed restrictions set forth for our subdivision. This includes fencing, painting, yard maintenance and many other aspects of your home. If you need a copy of the restrictions, please notify MASC Austin Properties, Inc. at (713) 776-1771.

    MASC Austin Properties, Inc. will be issuing certifid letters to those homeowners that have fences in need of repair. After (30) days, if the fence has not been repaired, the Board has authorized MASC Austin Properties, Inc. to hire a contractor to make these repairs. The cost of these repairs wil be charged back to the homeowners assessment account. To avoid this action, please call Robin Gard at (713) 776-1771 to discuss your options.

    Trash Can Citations: Trash Can Citations: We are continuing to see trash cans stored either in the driveways or at the sides of your homes. It is imperative that these trash receptacles be placed out of public view to avoid citations from the City of Missouri. If you have received a citation, you know that they are not negotiable and do no come cheap. If you have any questions, please call (713)776-1771 and speak to London Mays.

  • Pool Hours - 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday. Pool will remain

    Safety For Your Home: It was reported by the City of Missouri that several homes were broken in to and solicitors were seen roaming our neighborhood. The following are ways we can keep our homes safe from unwanted
    visitors and/ or solicitors:

  • Be sure that lighting is sufficient at front door, over porch and driveways.

  • Contact the City of Missouri City
    for a home inspection.

  • Trim shrubs in front of the home so that passersby maybe seen.

  • Keep blinds closed so that individuals may
    not see into your home.

  • Always call 911 in an emergency.
