Annual Meeting for 2018
The 2018 annual meeting is scheduled to occur on Saturday, April 21, 2018. There will be three (3) two year terms available. Quail Green West’s current board members, Claude Duncan, Carolyn Sneed and Mona Morgan will be running for re-election. If you are interested in running for this position, please submit your request in writing providing your name, address, telephone number and email address via one of the following means:

In order for your name to be placed on the ballot, your request must be received no later than 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 11, 2018. Nominations will still be taken from the floor, during the annual meeting.

ATTENTION HOMEOWNERS AND RESIDENTS: The Board of Directors would like to hear from you, therefore this Suggestion Box is for you as homeowners and residents to use. We want to hear from you:
Do you have a concern regarding maintenance issues like landscaping or repairs within the common area? Or, would you like to see a specific common are improved? How about a comment regarding the assessment or Deed Restrictions?

Fence Inspection: The City of Missouri City has conducted a fence inspection of our community. Please be advised that homeowners will be notified of any fence in need of repair or replacement. Failure to make these repairs may result in legal action. Citations will be issued and you must appear in court. If you do not appear, a warrant may be issued for your arrest.
When you purchased your home, you agreed to abide by the deed restrictions set forth for our subdivision. This includes fencing, painting, yard maintenance and many other aspects of your home. If you need a copy of the restrictions, please notify MASC Austin Properties, Inc. at (713) 776-1771.
MASC Austin Properties, Inc. will be issue certified letters to those homeowners that have fences in need of repair. After (30) days, if the fence has not been repaired, the Board has authorized MASC Austin Properties, Inc. to hire a contractor to make these repairs. The cost of these repairs wil be charged back to the homeowner's assessment account. To avoid this action, please call Rachel Rivera at (713) 776-1771 to discuss your options.
Trash Can Citations: We are continuing to see trash cans stored either in the driveways or at the sides of your homes. It is imperative that these trash receptacles be placed out of public view to avoid citations from the City of Missouri. If you have received a citation, you know that they are not negotiable and do no come cheap. If you have any questions, please call (713)776-1771 and speak to Patricia Langer.
