COMMUNITY MESSAGE

Westhollow Villa Townhomes Association, Inc. is a 277 unit complex located on Hollowgreen and Panagard, near Richmond. We are a beautiful property surrounded by large Live Oak trees, with two swimming pools, tennis courts and doggie parks. We are a friendly and family oriented community. The Board of Directors work diligently at maintaining the structural integrity of the community as well as keeping in constant communication with their residents.

Living close to the Energy Corridor provides our community with many recreational, service and dining options. Plan a visit to the weekly Farmers Market, Edwards West Oaks Mall Theater, Terry Hershey Park or the Kendall Neighborhood Library and Community Center.  There is plenty of convenient shopping at both big box stores and independently owned shops.  Notably we are between two major malls, Memorial City and Katy Mills.  With a wide array of grocery and drug stores, most needs can be met without having to endure much traffic.  Local restaurants are as diverse as the many cultures in our area, from fine dining to cozy cafés.  Tempt your palate with everything from Asian to Peruvian, Indian to BBQ, steaks, burgers, frozen dessert treats and so much more.  With continuing development planned, it is easy to see what makes our neighborhood so desirable.

GARAGE LIGHTS:  The photocell lights on the outside each unit’s garage were installed a number of years ago to give the property a look of uniformity and another source of light.  For the light to come on in many units, the resident must leave the light switch in your garage flipped ON to power the light.  The censor turns it on at dusk and off at dawn. This is an energy efficient light and will not increase your electric bill.  To report burned out lights or those in need of repair, submit a maintenance request to API.

GARBAGE PICK-UP:  Beginning March 1, 2018 VF Waste will be the trash service provider for the household waste and recycling for Westhollow Villa Townhomes. Please click here for more information such as a collection schedule, recycling, collection guidelines and information about bulk/heavy trash.

IRIS ALERTS:  The IRIS Alert System is a wonderful tool used to send community updates and timely notices to all residents.  Alerts can be sent in the form of a recorded message to your home or cell phone number, email address or by text message.  If you are not signed up or would like to amend your preference, please contact API.
