March Board Meeting
The Briarwood Homeowners Association board meeting will be held Wednesday, March 13, 2024, following the annual meeting (5pm). The meeting will be held in the Doris Williams Lake Jackson Civic Center, Plaza Room 1, located 333 HWY 332 East, Lake Jackson, Texas 77566.

Briarwood HOA 2024 Pool Season
Pool Key Registration

Access to the pool will be available to all Briarwood HOA residents that are current with their HOA dues and have completed the Pool Registration form. No Owner/Resident of the Briarwood Homeowners’ Association shall be allowed to enter the pool area unless the homeowner produces their current homeowner’s insurance & TWIA policy. Each pool key will be exchanged each year once the criteria noted above is verified. A lost or replacement pool key may be purchased for $20.00. Please complete and return the attached Pool Registration form for processing.

*Any child under 15 years old must be accompanied by an adult over 18 years of age*

*Group gatherings consisting of more than (6) guests are considered a party and not allowed. Homeowner or contracted tenant must always remain with guests*

NEW OWNER: Welcome to the neighborhood! To access the pool, you will need to purchase a pool key. Please complete the Pool Registration form and provide payment.

To obtain a 2024 pool key, please return the Pool Registration form. To complete the registration form electronically, please download the fillable PDF. Make sure to complete the registration form. You can return the form by email to bwigley@mascapi.com or simply attach your completed form to a General Request on TownSq - www.briarwood.sites.townsq.io. You may also submit the completed forms to the below onsite registration dates. You also have the option to drop off or mail in your form to 945 Eldridge Rd. Sugar Land, TX 77478; or fax to 713-776-1777.

Our office accepts exact cash or checks made payable to Briarwood HOA. Upon verification of a current account balance, MASC Austin Properties, Inc. will validate your existing pool key or contact you with information needed to provide you with the new pool key.

Trash Days and Heavy Trash
Briarwood HOA is located South of Oyster Creek Dr. and trash days are Tuesdays and Fridays with Heavy Trash days being on the 2nd and 4th Monday’s of the month. For more information about trash collection, please visit City of Lake Jackson’s website here:
