Coronavirus Response

In compliance with the “Stay at Home” order to prevent the spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), we would like to inform you of the decisions made within your community.

Suspension of In Person Board Meetings
o Any necessary Board decisions will be made by email vote with actions ratified at the next meeting in accordance with the Texas Property Code

Closure of all Common Area Amenities
o The pool has been closed until further notice
o Social distancing should be adhered to when using the common areas of the community.

Closure of Management Office Visitation
o We have several staff members working remotely and will be able to address many issues during this time.
o All calls will be answered by our 24 hour answering service and routed to the appropriate staff member for assistance.

Meeting Notice and Agenda

The Briarwood Homeowners Association annual meeting will be held Wednesday, July 14, 2021 beginning at 5:00 PM.  The meeting will be held in the Lake Jackson Civic Center Plaza 2 Room located 333 HWY 332 East Lake Jackson, Texas 77566.  Two 2-year positions are open for election.

Trash Days and Heavy Trash
Briarwood HOA is located South of Oyster Creek Dr. and trash days are Tuesdays and Fridays with Heavy Trash days being on the 2nd and 4th Monday’s of the month. For more information about trash collection, please visit City of Lake Jackson’s website here:
