Annual Meeting Election 2020 Cancelled
At this time, the annual meeting scheduled for Wednesday, April 22, 2020 has been cancelled. Unfortunately, due to the uncertainty surrounding COVID-19 we are not able to provide a rescheduled date at this time. However, all homeowners and residents will be notified in accordance with the Declarations and Texas Property Code, once a rescheduled date is approved.


​​If you are a new homeowner or resident to Deer Creek, we want to make sure you are aware that your community is a Deed Restricted Community. This means that the property is governed by deed restrictions which every homeowner and tenant must abide by. Owners, you should have received a copy of the deed restrictions at your closing. Renters, please ask your land-lord for a copy. Alternatively, you may call the Property Manager, Rachel Rivera at (713)776-1771

and a copy may be emailed to you. 

The deed restrictions assist us in keeping our property values up as well as giving the appearance that we care about our community. If you have been issued a deed restriction violation letter, we advise you to make the necessary repairs or changes as quickly as possible. Failure to abide by the deed restrictions may result in legal action and legal fees.
