The Board of Directors meets on the fourth Wednesday of January, April, July and October. Please check this website for updated locations.

Be Prepared for Monthly Inspection: - As a reminder, the management company conducts a monthly deed restriction inspection. During recent inspections, it has been noticed that there has been an increase in trash cans being left in plain sight on non-trash days. When your trash is collected, please make sure to return your trash can to your garage or behind your fence. 


​​If you are a new homeowner or resident to Deer Creek, we want to make sure you are aware that your community is a Deed Restricted Community. This means that the property is governed by deed restrictions which every homeowner and tenant must abide by. Owners, you should have received a copy of the deed restrictions at your closing. Renters, please ask your land-lord for a copy. Alternatively, you may call the Property Manager, Rachel Rivera at (713)776-1771

and a copy may be emailed to you. 

The deed restrictions assist us in keeping our property values up as well as giving the appearance that we care about our community. If you have been issued a deed restriction violation letter, we advise you to make the necessary repairs or changes as quickly as possible. Failure to abide by the deed restrictions may result in legal action and legal fees.
